Stephen is known for his vast experience in church planting. He has been involved in planting for over a decade. He has personally planted four churches, lead a national church planting organization and trained/coached hundreds of planters and pastors.

Stephen Gray is a Co-Founder of Church Planting Dynamics. Currently, he's serving as the Church Planting Facilitator for the Western region of the U.S. for the Free Methodists. He also serves as the Superintendent of the Arizona Conference.

Gray is the author of four books: Legacy Churches (2009), Full Disclosure: Exposing Church Planting Blind Spots (2009), Planting Fast-Growing Churches (2007) and Recommissioned: A Fresh Look At Church Planting (2006).
