He has a degree in church consulting and has worked with hundreds of churches across the country. Brian and his wife Lisa have been married for over 25 years, and they have two sons Avery and Adam.

For over 30 years, Pastor Janie Sjogren and her husband, Steve, have been involved with church planting, training and encouraging outward-focused churches, with a strong emphasis on small groups, relationship building, and showing God’s love in practical ways to all kinds of people.

Janie has a passion for every person stepping into all that God has for them, and sees life-giving churches such as Granite Creek to be a vital part of that process.

Janie is a graduate of Sonoma State University (California). Janie and Steve are co-authors of 101 Ways to Help People in Need (NavPress). Janie and Steve have three grown children.

Bill has spent his adult life starting churches, transforming churches, growing churches, and transforming lives ... not necessarily in that order. He's been helping pastors and church leaders to grow their churches for over 20 years.

He's the author of 10 books (and counting) and has been published in many magazines. His church growth work has landed him on Good Morning America, PRI's MarketPlace, and TBN. He's co-host of ChurchTalk.TV with his wife Dr. Kris Tenny-Brittian.

Bill's been in professional ministry for over 35 years and has dedicated his life to growing the local church which he says, "... is the best delivery system for the Gospel."

Travis is a husband, father, and executive pastor of a small-town church that went big. He has a passion for helping small-town churches and pastors. His writing focuses on helping churches and ministry leaders take steps to grow themselves and the churches they serve.

Gary currently serves as Founder and Chairman of the Board of The Life way Counseling Centers and President of Sweeten Life Systems. His background includes teaching, counseling, leadership development, and organizational health. Gary’s education includes a B.S. in Education, an M.S. in Higher Education and Counseling and an Ed. D. in Counselor Education. Gary has written several books and trained Christian leaders extensively around the world.

Jeff Christopherson is an author and Chief Missiologist of the North American Mission Board (NAMB). He also serves as Co-Executive Director of the Send Institute, a partnership of the Billy Graham Center at Wheaton College and the North American Mission Board.

I am the founding Pastor of Christ’s Church of the Valley in Philadelphia, a graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary, and the author of four books. I’ve been married to my wife Dr. Lisa Jones for thirty years, and together we have three beautiful daughters and a lovable chubby orange cat named MAC. I love hiking, fishing, and backpacking. Our family loves to travel and have become passionate advocates for the rights of the poor and oppressed in developing countries. I’m an INTJ, 5w4, and D/I on various personality tests. I also write practical articles on church leadership and preaching at Senior Pastor Central.

Dave Workman is the president and co-founder of the Elemental Group. He is the author of Elemental Leaders: Four Essentials Every Leader Needs…And Every Church Must Have and The Outward-Focused Life: Becoming a Servant in a Serve-Me World. Dave was instrumental in the growth of the Vineyard Cincinnati megachurch from its inception and then served as senior pastor for thirteen years. He spearheaded such initiatives as the groundbreaking Healing Center—a multimillion-dollar facility offering forty different services to holistically meet the needs of thousands of resource-challenged people every month—and the H2O Nigeria Project, drilling over one hundred water wells in central Nigeria. Dave regularly speaks on leadership development and building outward-focused churches nationally and internationally.
