Steve Sjogren

Steve Sjogren is the founding pastor of Vineyard Community Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. He and his wife Janie started with a small group of 5 that ultimately grew under his leadership to a weekend attendance of over 6,000 attendees. During this journey, Steve has coached numerous church planters who launched likeminded churches throughout the world.

Steve is considered by many in the church world to be the father of servant evangelism – the notion that “the kindness of God brings us to repentance” (Rom. 2:4). Steve is a multi-faceted pastor and a sought-after conference speaker. He is a leadership coach through his network and he leads several popular websites that include KindnessOutreach.com, ChurchPlanting.com, and Kindness.com.

Steve’s books have sold over 500,000 copies. Conspiracy of Kindness has gained attention across a broad base of church leaders as an effective and creative approach to sharing the love of Christ. Jeff Hoglen

Jeff Hoglen is a pastor, church planter, and author. He is the founder of Open Arms International Ministries – www.oaim.net. His desire is to help churches start, get healthy, and make a difference.

Jeff has witnessed church leaders and pastors who feel alone and discouraged. The feeling of isolation and frustration have become more common within the ministry world.

He has a heart for small-town/ rural church leaders and considers coaching as a calling more than a paycheck.
