He and his friend on campus built a confession booth during a weekend of craziness at the school, and spent that weekend apologizing to non-Christians about the misdeeds of Christians. I never waited tables, but I was infuriated when I recently heard that there are Christians who leave 'tracts' as tips in restaurants. What a terrible witness! I know that would certainly not stir my interest in being part of that church, and possibly not in Jesus, either. I now realize that I am representing Christ when I am in places like this, and I try hard to make sure the waiter/waitress is taken care of. After all, they are serving us, while our call is to serve them!! I really like some of your points here.
