In the spirit of "Ready, FIRE!, Aim," we are making adjustments to our coaching routine as we go.  Instead of weekly coaching, as previously advertised, we are re-launching in the month of December in a new, 1 hour MONTHLY format.

Best-selling author, speaker and leadership coach Steve Sjogren is opening the treasure chest and giving it all away!  The tools, tips and experience to make you more successful will be delivered in practical, instantly-doable ways each month - totally free!

All you will need to be connected is:

• At least DSL speed internet connection;
• 1 hour each month to devote to your own growth;
• The willingness to be stretched and encouraged to pull the "yes" trigger on the invitations the Spirit is making to you every day!

I have been coaching for a number of years now, but I have never been as excited as I am right now about the current group coaching sessions we are putting together. The target of these sessions is church leaders that want to make positive changes in 2007.

Communicating to Change Lives, Pt. I: Any pastor or teacher who still calls himself / herself a “preacher” is either in love with the terminology of the past or simply doesn’t understand the fullness of the comprehensive call to connect with the culture around us that God so loves.
