You know, as a fellow &quot;risk taker&quot; I think about the fact that sometimes we risk big and we fail big, but sometimes we risk big and win big.

Two years ago I had the roughest year in my ministry life, but out of that came two great years with tons of fresh innovative ideas and people who were more committed to the vision of our church than ever before.

I know your first year in Tampa didn&#039;t turn out like you hoped, but you are a great leader and I have no doubt that you will figure a way to make lemonade out of lemons.
